BEATKING Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 2, 2026
This policy explains how Sentium Inc. ("Sentium", "we", "us") handles personal data when you use BEATKING: the game at play.beatking.win, the website at beatking.win, the BEATKING Android app, the BEATKING Telegram bot and related services (the "Game"). Sentium Inc., 1111B S Governors Ave, STE 39446, Dover, DE 19904, USA, is the controller of this data.
1. What we collect
1.1. From Telegram, when you sign in or link Telegram. Your numeric Telegram ID, username, first and last name, language, profile photo, and whether our bot may message you. We also keep the profile record Telegram sends with them.
1.2. From your wallet. Your public Solana wallet address, the sign-in messages you sign, and whether the wallet holds a Seeker or Saga Genesis Token (and that token's address). For a hosted wallet, the wallet's address and Privy's identifiers for it. We do not collect private keys or recovery phrases.
1.3. Account and game data. Your account ID, username, display name, waitlist number, the invite codes you hold and use, and whose code brought you in; which version of the Terms and Privacy Policy you accepted and when; your items, crowns, gems, mints, purchases, trades and other balances and transactions; leaderboard positions and play statistics.
1.4. Run records. For each song you play, your touches, device motion and other run data.
1.5. Blockchain data. Wallet addresses, transaction signatures, payments and item transfers. This data is public on the Solana blockchain.
1.6. Technical and usage data. Your IP address, request data, browser and device type, network and approximate location. We also collect how you use the Game, such as screens viewed, buttons tapped, songs played, mints, trades, withdrawals and errors, linked to your account and wallet address.
1.7. What you send us. Messages to support or to our bot, and anything you include in them. When song creation is available, the prompts, lyrics and other input you give, and the songs and images made from them.
1.8. On your device. The Game stores your session, settings, identifiers, unsent run records and similar data in your browser. Some of this is needed for the Game to work, and some helps us understand how the Game is used.
1.9. Prizes. If you may receive a prize, we may collect your name, address, proof of your age, location and identity, tax forms and tax numbers, and the results of sanctions checks.

3. Automated decisions
Our systems decide automatically whether a run counts and what it earns, and may limit features of an account. This is necessary to run the Game under our Terms and to keep it fair. Where the law gives you the right, you can ask for a person to review a decision, give your view, and contest it, by writing to support@beatking.win.
4. What others can see
- Public. Your display name, username, profile photo, waitlist number, scores, leaderboard positions, summary play statistics and share card, and if you win, your rank, prize and payment transaction.
- On the blockchain. Your wallet address, its transactions and the items it holds are public to anyone, and are not controlled by Sentium.
5. Who we share it with
5.1. Service providers that process data for us under contract:
- hosting, database, storage, security and logging providers;
- analytics providers;
- Privy, for hosted wallets and signing;
- Solana network access providers;
- our email provider.
5.2. Independent services that you use through the Game and that handle data under their own policies: Telegram, the Solana network, Solana Mobile, your wallet app, NFT marketplaces, and X or other sites when you share. When song creation is available, your song input is sent to the AI providers that make songs and images, such as Google.
5.3. Others, when required by law or a valid legal request, to protect the rights, safety or property of Sentium, players or others, to prevent fraud or abuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
6. International transfers
Sentium is based in the United States, and our providers process data in the United States and other countries, whose laws may differ from yours. Where the law requires a safeguard for a transfer, we use a lawful transfer method.
7. How long we keep it
- While your account exists, we keep your account data.
- Sign-in requests and sessions are kept until they expire.
- Security records and run records are kept for as long as needed to protect accounts, check runs, handle disputes, detect cheating and review seasons.
- Ledger, mint, purchase, payment, prize, tax and sanctions records are kept for as long as accounting, tax and legal duties require.
- Records that you accepted the Terms, the Privacy Policy or a purchase's conditions are kept for as long as we may need them to establish or defend legal claims, including after your account is deleted.
- Analytics data is kept for as long as it helps us understand and improve the Game.
- Blockchain data is permanent and cannot be deleted by anyone.
8. Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the Game once any mint, purchase or withdrawal in progress has finished. If you use a hosted wallet, first move your SOL and items out with Withdraw.
What we delete: your Telegram and wallet links, sessions, username, display name and profile photo, the IP addresses on your runs, and other data that identifies your account. Locked items end.
What we keep, no longer linked to your name, username or Telegram account: the ledger of rewards and balances, your runs with their run records and verdicts, reward records, mint and purchase records (including the paying wallet address and transaction), the record of each time you accepted the Terms, the Privacy Policy or a purchase's conditions (with its time, IP address, device and approximate location), and any Seeker or Saga Genesis Token claim. We also keep a keyed hash of your Telegram ID and wallet addresses, so that we can find these records when needed. We keep these for fraud prevention, accounting, legal duties and the integrity of the Game, for the periods in Section 7. Because they include wallet addresses and device data, they may still be personal data.
What cannot be deleted: anything on the blockchain, and items in wallets you control.
Data in backups and logs is removed as they expire.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict our use of it, to withdraw consent, and not to be subject to certain automated decisions. To use them, write to support@beatking.win. We may need to confirm that the account is yours, for example through the Telegram bot or a wallet signature. Some rights are limited by law, for example where we must keep data for legal duties or to prevent fraud.
You may complain to your local data protection authority.
Do Not Track. The Game does not respond to Do Not Track signals. The service providers in Section 5 may collect data about your use of the Game.
10. Children
The Game is only for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If we learn that we have, we may delete it and close the account.
11. Security
No system is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your data. You are responsible for the security of your Telegram account, your phone and your wallets.
12. Changes
We may change this policy. We will post the new version with a new effective date and, for material changes, tell you in the Game or through the Telegram bot.
