# Crowns

Crowns are your season rank. Every counted run earns crowns, and they add up over the season.

## How many you earn

Every song has a **perfect score**: every note Perfect, no misses, on a base device with no power-ups. Your crowns depend on how close you get to it.

A perfect run on a song of about 2 minutes 50 seconds earns:

| Difficulty | Perfect run |
|---|---|
| Easy | 80 crowns |
| Medium | 100 crowns |
| Hard | 120 crowns |

Get 75% of the perfect score on a Medium song and you earn 75 crowns.

## What else counts

- **Song length.** A longer song earns more crowns, up to 1.5x. A shorter one earns less.
- **Your device.** Its boost multiplies your crowns. A perfect Medium run on a 1.5x device earns 150 crowns.
- **Power-ups.** They raise your score, so they raise your crowns.
- **The song.** Some songs carry their own multiplier. The song card shows it.
